Ok, I have looked into the problem of "dyn" not working correctly. I'm 
not a DNS expert, although I am pretty good with Linux, so maybe we can 
get this figured out. Here is a cat of /var/log/daemon.log

Everything else in the log looks to be working correctly, as the test 
(http://opennic.oss/test/t2.php?ip_addr=88.198.219.206) shows. Also, 
port 53 (UDP/TCP) is open.
