For those interested in such things, I've created a wiki page[1]
describing my implementation of a BIND whitelist that requires
periodic OpenNIC queries in order to submit successful non-OpenNIC
queries.

Like every solution intended to stop DNS abuse, this is not intended
to be the end-all answer. It's just another weapon in the arsenal.

The code changes are generic enough to implement other external
whitelist functionality (such as firewall monitoring) that writes
directly to the whitelist database.
