Looking at the zone file, it doesn't appear that anyone ever registered any 
domains under it.  Beyond the standard fair of support domains for opennic, the 
only other name I see is "seti.bzh", which actually points to the same IP as all 
other entries.  As far as I can tell, this TLD was completely unused, so I would 
say dropping this zone will have no impact at all on anyone else.
