Alex, load go high?? I have a script, that each 5 min check and if load is
higher X number, then restart X process or pid.

I configure it to do a ps x of mysql and kill that process. Not restart mysql
everytime.

Just a thought... how about a cron job running a shell script that restarts
BIND however often you think necessary?
