Hi all!

Some of you may have noticed some interesting mailing list behaviour 
recently.  Mainly, sending messages to the list that were archived 
properly but never mailed out. This was the fault of a silly SQL 
database.  The fact that the mailing list manager decided to (seemingly 
arbitrarily) max out the message ID at a length of 100 characters is 
unfortunate but it clearly caused some issues in the real world where 
some of you seem to generate message IDs longer than 100 characters.  I 
think I have updated all the relevant tables, but if it happens again 
I'll message you personally if your message was the one eaten.
