Some release notes; I spent more time refactoring that I had intended
to, but I think it will have longer term pay-offs.

The gui is a bit fancier than previous releases, for instance,
clicking on a resolver in the resolver pool window will expand to show
it's test query result history in live time.

The scoring system supports an internal hard coded calculation as well
as an optional user provided calculation written in a javascript (not
well tested).

The service/gui localhost protocol is completely re-worked and much
more efficient.

In 0.3.rc3 (and up until 1.0.0), I will try to refrain from further
refactoring, and just focus on spit and polish, testing,
documentation, example settings files, and so forth. The next release
will more than likely also include a binary .deb package.
