Funny, I just got around to setting up a test account my employer
provides, to which we are given no special access outside of what our
customers receive, and cPanel has no problem instructing BIND to
report valid results for an arbitrary parked domain. Any particular
issues you see? Maybe it's a difference in versions of cPanel; they
love to break things like that for no reason whatsoever.

I'll try a Windows Plesk host next opportunity I get.
