Hi everybody !

Here is a first draft for a peering agreement between dotBIT and OpenNIC.
Depending on who run's the authoritative server for .bit (me or someone from opennic), it may need to be adjusted.

See http://dot-bit.org/PeeringAgreement:OpenNIC for future revisions.

Current draft :
*Peering agreement between OpenNIC and DotBIT*

The dotBIT project (http://dot-bit.org) currently manage one gTLD : .bit

Reference server that should be used by OpenNIC (managed by khal{at}dot-bit.org, the owner of http://dot-bit.org) is located in France with ip address 178.32.31.41

Here is the list of all dns servers : http://dot-bit.org/How_To_Browse_Bit_Domains

More informations about the presentation of dotBIT on the OpenNIC mailing list :

http://lists.opennicproject.org/arc/discuss/2012-03/msg00137.html

*Engagements :*

- DotBIT reference DNS server will act as a t2 server and reply to OpenNIC zones.

- DotBIT will encourage other DNS servers to act as t2 servers.

- OpenNIC DNS servers will resolve dotBIT zone(s) : only .bit for now.

Any comments ?
