Could be very important to get DotBit working into OpenNIC zone, that will means the P2P could be reached from Bind servers... and if we can get that working a kind of Bind-P2P, so we could get the entire OpenNIC based in P2P, that could be the best thing ever created, no censor even if we want to get it..
just a comment.

From my view i would "prefer" the following scenarios:
- - OpenNIC T1 / root is acting as a "limited" T2 for DotBit Namespace (.bit only for now - further TLDs from DotBit (if will happen) has to be implemented "by hand" into OpenNIC.
- - DotBit *may* be further used independently around OpenNIC (if there is any interest in the DotBit community)
Depending from the needs and targets of the DotBit project another scenario could be to implement DotBit .bit TLD (and possible furthers each by each) into OpenNIC namespace, but under clean OpenNIC policies. Existing DotBit server are playing T2 for OpenNIC then.
But this is just my view att...
cheers,
Niels.
