Martin, we would definitely be appreciative of your contributions to
OpenNIC!

While an IRC chat isn't required, it's certainly helpful for us to
know who you are.  You are certainly free to post your TLD charters
here on the mailing list (requirement number 1), but don't be
surprised if some are hesitant to enthusiastically embrace your ideas
without some idea of who you are and where you're coming from...

Please post your charters in separate threads for those of us who
depend upon accurate mail threads to keep up with things.
