I understand. I'll try to get an IRC visit organised. Email is my 
preferred method of contact and remote messaging, but I'll see about 
logging in to freenode tomorrow.

OK, I'll do that.

I will concentrate on just getting one of the TLDs going at the moment 
(.OZ) and concentrate on .RNET afterwards. Right now I don't want to 
throw too much in for fear of overwhelming everybody or putting forth 
the wrong impression.
