I would opine that there are many "T3" servers in existence, mostly by
folks who don't want to deal with the bandwidth associated with a T2.
Of course, it would defeat the purpose of a T3 to have a listing of
T3s!  But maybe an informal poll on the opennicproject site might be
insightful.
