I made an adjustment last night to the SQL query used to determine the
last time a server was online, and the last time it passed all testing.
Servers that are failing the test will still randomly pass, which can
make it appear that the server has only been failing for a few hours,
when in fact it has been broken for weeks or even months.

The new SQL method looks for two consecutive passes by a server, and
uses that date for the server stats table. I used this new query to
double-check all of the servers that were deleted yesterday, and found
the calculated downtime to be much more accurate. Hopefully the new
calculations will help avoid confusion as to why a server may be removed
from the list.

If you are unfamiliar with this screen, browse to
http://www.opennicproject.org/t2log/ and under the Info menu, select
'Server stats'. If you wish to see all servers, then under the Filter
menu select 'Show all'.
