Both the ip and res fields are optional.  The results returned are
linefeed-delineated and will give you the IP address and short location
code for the nearest T2 servers.  Keep in mind, of course, that these
results are based on GeoIP, and have been shown to be way off at times. 
I need to update this code to account for manually entered coordinates
when available, to increase the accuracy.
