The NS records specify your name servers and should be left as they were
as you will be using the .free server for your nameserver if you
followed my guide and the A records for the namesever addresses 'glue'
the address to the I.P.

One of the other A records points the sub-domain of 'www' to your hosts
I.P. address as you may have yourdomain.free setup as www.yourdomain.free.

You can't as far as I know. For some reason (and I'd love to know why!)
OpenNic domains are forced to use ns1 and ns2 at the domain you have
registered...

If your server is set up to provide virtual hosts you can have as
many domains as you want pointing at the one I.P. address.
