I don't understand why you want to built a tier-0 server. OpenNic has
no need for another one, and it servers to purpose for a personal
network. The only thing this server does is generate an updated root
zone, and generate the dns zone. If you want a copy of the modified
root zone on your own server, you can slave the root zone from
75.127.96.89 and use that for your own network.
