The zones created by NS0 do not change frequently, and if this server
did stop working, any of the tier-1 servers could provide updates before
there was a problem.

If you want to set up a DNS server to help the project, please consider
adding a public tier-2 server.  It helps to have servers available in as
many countries as possible.
