OpenNIC has a different architecture than the regular domain name
system. If you are looking to do something that is not currently
possible, I would suggest asking about how to do it. As far as I can
tell you're looking to provide RDNS for an IPv6 block. I am not fully
knowledgeable on how to do this but as far as I know you don't need
to run a T0/T1 server to accomplish this. As a matter of fact I think
it requires your ISP to handle this in some manner. Anyone feel free
to correct me if I'm wrong. I also recommend joining the IRC channel (
#opennic @ irc.freenode.net ) as likely you can get speedier responses
there.
