Here's a new one I noticed today, coming from the single IP
192.35.222.223, and making over 50 queries per second. This person is
requesting a steady stream of ANY lookups from what appears to be random
domain names.

192.35.222.223 resolves back to the University of California (U.S.). I
am sending an email to their admin contact.
