is also outdated then, as it shows 3 other people besides yourself who work
on the website.

That is begging the question. Not all users find IRC as convenient or useful
as others, so email users should not be left out of the loop when it is still
a proper communication method for
OpenNIC members.

Are the donations helping? Where do we find updated information about the
donations. Where do members vote on what the donations are spent on?

I was tempted to set up a Tier2 in the Equinox data centre, and help you guys
set up anycast, but when I saw you were getting donations and setting up
VPSs, I figured you didn't need it then.
That may have been a bad presumption on my part.
