Simply put, you can't without running a server yourself.

I think what might work is setting up a server that slaves every OpenNIC zone but otherwise forwards its queries to the OpenDNS services.

That DNS server would either need to be in your house or it would need to somehow have its IP entered in OpenDNS so they can know to apply the filtering.
