A few quick web searches. Legal entities' members are not responsible for the
group's debts or liabilities (and possibly not their own, if they can argue
they were acting as their function in the legal entity.)

Ultimately this is a trade off with regard to OpenNIC, should the group be
responsible or should individuals? Does it affect operations?
