I agree with Jeff. Also you should have a period to discuss your proposed TLD before calling for your vote.

What is everyone saying "Yes" to?  Some random request for a TLD?  Where is the charter for the intent of these TLDs?  What does this person want to do with them?  How do they intend to set up a registrar and what will they do to ensure the integrity and sharing of the data?  Do you even know who this is that's asking for the TLDs?

Most importantly, what is their current experience with DNS or with running an actual service?  Do they understand the difference between an opennic TLD and a regular icann TLD?  Have they read anything about opennic policies and procedures?  (Obviously not since they jumped in without so much as an introduction and immediately called for a vote.)

Running a TLD is not just a matter of claiming you have a server available.  There is a reason we require people to run a tier-2 server for awhile -- to prove that they have some knowledge of server maintenance and DNS functionality. to show that they can run a server reliably, and to show that they are interested enough in opennic to stick around for more than 5 minutes and won't just abandon their new TLD the moment they lose interest.  Remember the STL zone that everyone so blindly jumped into and voted yes for without any knowledge of what they were voting on?  How's that working out for you?  I still don't see an available registrar page, and haven't heard any updates in months.

The point is, don't be so damn eager to vote yes on every TLD request that comes through.  Stop and think, remember that there are policies in place for a reason.  If we automatically approved every TLD suggestion that came through here, we'd have hundreds of dead TLDs that never even got a registration page.  If you want to do something positive for the project, try helping out with the TLDs that need new homes.  Free, geek, indy, and null are still dead in the water even after the apparent interest from Julian's emails.  If we can't maintain the TLDs that exist, what business do we have trying to introduce any new ones?
