I will have to check these parametners, becouse i'm not in location right 
now. Otherwise, yes, it is home internet connection with optical fibre. 
Statical IP address with only port 25 blocked outwards. What do you think 
about hardware settings? Do you think RPI2 will be able to handle all the 
requests? I'm also not sure in case of electrical blackout, if signals still 
come trough the fibre - if optical repeators are also protected from 
electrical blackouts.

Before giving a TLD to vote (and sending public charter) I will first contact 
the goverment of the republic, so be on the right side.
