"OpenNIC Wizard" is now officially moved from sourceforge to github.

I'm working on a new build, addressing a few issues, and I was planning to migrate to libQt5 but that proved problematic for the Windows(tm) build. looks like building with libQt4.8.4 for now.

Anyway, will make a new release for at least Windows(tm) soon, hopefully today.
