If OpenNIC starts charging money for domain registration as in this new 
proposal, where will the money go? Additionally, why not just buy a similar 
ICANN "new TLD" cheaper? I understand the issues with DoS attacks, but 
OpenNIC charging for domains for unknown purposes is a bad idea.
