Who / How do I ask to register a .o domain? There's one I would just die if I could use it.

(Hopefully this question isn't off-topic/not proper etiquette for this list. I've used Tier 2 servers for close to a decade and finally stumbled across the mailing lists. I love that the OpenNIC project exits!)
