    With the reports page working again, I took a new look at the script
    for sending out warning emails when a server fails the testing.  It
    previously had some bugs which caused repeated emails to be sent
    out.  I *think* I have it fixed now to only send out emails once per
    day, and to stop shortly after a server is marked for removal.  I'm
    letting it run for the next couple days, sending emails to myself
    instead of the server owner to verify the functionality.  If
    everything looks good, I should have notifications being sent out
    again by the end of the week.
