    All right, the notifications seem to be working correctly, so I've

      testing.  It previously had some bugs which caused repeated emails
      to be sent out.  I *think* I have it fixed now to only send out
      emails once per day, and to stop shortly after a server is marked
      for removal.  I'm letting it run for the next couple days, sending
      emails to myself instead of the server owner to verify the
      functionality.  If everything looks good, I should have
      notifications being sent out again by the end of the week.
