Hi all,

I have been running my own anycast DNS network for a bit over a year now. In
additional to that, with unicast DNS services for several years prior. I have
configured a tier 1 server, based on information from the wiki, and have
implemented it into my global anycast network for the past several weeks. I
understand the purpose of the project is to decentralize the control one has
over that network, and I believe that will still be met with the other public
Tier 1 servers.

I would like to know and work out the next steps of getting to that level
within this project.
