Per the proposal, there are several rounds, with the last place option being 
eliminated in each round, until the last round which consists of two options 
and one winner.

I'm not revising the proposal a third time. If people still don't think the 
results are fair, they can come up with something else (which not being the 
same exact proposal would be unaffected by this).
