I am looking over the tier-1 servers today and realized that NS3 has been shut down since January 2019, and there have been no updated to the neo zone file since 2017. I tried sending an email to the admin, but their email address has also been closed.

Is the .neo zone gone for good? Is anyone still using it? If we don't hear anything here from the admin, we should probably have a vote as to whether the TLD should be removed or if we want to keep it running and have someone else take over.
