We might want to consider keeping the tld around and hosting the registry 
somewhere else, BUT:

I tried to connect to all domains in the .neo tld zone file via http and 
only three did return anything at all:

palm.neo redirects to a broken https variant which seems to be a generic 
dyndns page (this might indicate, that *some* service runs properly on a 
different port)

Two other domains (whose name I forgot to save) had "invalid redirects" 
according to my browser - I guess, this means, there is some 3xx 
redirection to the page itself, leading to infitinite loops. Again, this 
might indicate, that these domains are actually in use.

Nevertheless, it looks easier to me to simply delete this tld and let it 
get reborn if someone is/was actually using it. Just my opinion.
