Just found that this problem happend to my server too. Asking about 
re-approval of ns8.fr.dns.opennic.glue.
Jeff, maybe re-checking in DELETED state can be added? Because such 
deletion when validation server can't connect with other due to 
software/networking issue when server really works for other users is 
really wrong idea. For example, I haven't problems about reaching my 
server for 2 months (since I added my server to DNSCrypt lists), but I 
got removed here without any notifications...
