I am a hobbyist with an AS and have 256 v4 and 638 septillion v6 addresses 
over 5 presences. But I am quite clueless here.

I am looking to integrate into this phenomenal project and community. So 
friends, I have setup a Tier 2 server that is waiting for approval by admins. 
Please take your time. No rush.

Unfortunately SOA for . does not return OpenNIC because I don't know how — 
but it does work regardless! It is anycast with London, Ashburn, Sydney, 
Toronto, Zurich.

Can exceptions be granted for this type of DNS situation?
