That's probably me (Shdwdrgn).  I've been working on code to scan 
domains and see if they point to servers known to be hosting malware.  
Of course this is limited to IP addresses that have already been 
reported, but automating the process has removed quite a few of the more 
persistent people trying to abuse opennic domains.  If others are still 
getting through, you can always reach me on IRC.
