We need to preserve a simple method for folks to still reach the pages that 
ICANN is directing too.  I suppose we could create records under the .icann 
zone, essentially merging part of method #1 in order to handle this, in which 
case everything would be contained within DNS entries.  I might even be able to 
fully automate this method, so the simplicity would still be retained.

Does everyone feel comfortable with this solution applied to method #2?
