I have logs for my T2 going back several months:

gopher://pongonova.gopher/1/tier2_stats

On average, my bandwidth rates are anywhere between 0.5-3Mbps. That's
about 1GB per month.  My ISP is aware of what I do (suso.org is
great!), and they have no problem with it.
