We should have some graphs and numbers about the loads of out DNS servers.

Essentially the numbers we should collect are: total queries, total opennic 
queries, and total icann queries.

we should have a script that reads through an hourly log from bind and 
submits this data to a statistic php script.

from there we can make RRD graphs/pie charts and any other breakdown based 
upon location.

we should also report the number of unique ips accessing opennic domains and 
services.

all registered t2s should run this script.
