True.

True, you can see total queries for my T2 here:

If you mean collecting privacy invading data by using the standard query
log without format alteration: I fiercly disagree!
But this is a thing that could in theory be altered. But what about tiny
machines (like embedded), that turn off query log for other reasons than
anonymity?

You should clarify this a bit. Location of the T2s or location of the
users? If users, see above. If location of the T2s, thats a great idea,
because it would allow some weathermap like graphic to be generated (and
who doesnt like weathermaps) :)

No. This can only be generated (AFAIK), when the standard query log is
running or some tcpdump-like tool is used and would be a step too far
into the users privacy, I'd say.

If I understand OpenNIC correctly then only a vote could make this a
should/must?
In general and from what I've seen from OpenNIC so far (not much), some
form of general rrd statistic keeping could come very handy for the
fancy management stuff and "web 3.0 graphics zoom-in 3D animation pink
cat showing well phrased help balloons" stuff.
But is it really needed? Id say no.
Greets,
Falk
