Hey there,

I've noticed the registration text (green text saying it's been
activated or welcoming) is below what looks like the bottom of the
page. I didn't even notice the text was there at first because my
browser window was just the right height that I saw the bottom of the
'page' (the enclosing box) and thought that was it.

The new site seems mostly good, although the massive header and
non-shrinkable width are a bit on the annoying side for me. The header
more than anything else. I don't know if people really need to be
reminded that much that they're on an OpenNIC page... It takes up just
as much space as the content on the policies page.
