2.4 Ghz radio transmissions are free of permission...
(I think this is as like in almost any country)...

Here in spain is also prohibited to put a cable in public space.

But this is not the case: All cables are inside my home and inside my
neighbour home.

But his ethernet and mine now are "the same", using the 2 wifis as BRIDGE...

(As i understand a bridge is a host that has two interfaces (ethernet
or wifi), and it copies
each packet it see in one interface to the other in both directions)...

In fact, they are allways transmiting some packets each some time (as
led blinking and statistics shows), no matter if there is an active
connection between computers...
