I've set up a laptop with a US DNS as the primary DNS, and a Quebec, Canada
based DNS as the secondary DNS.  I am located in Canada.

When I attempt to view a "Saturday Night Live" video on the NBC website, I
receive a reply that I am not permitted to do so, since I am not located in
the US.  I didn't expect this response, based on the US DNS setting.

Must I also change the DNS setting in my cable modem-router?  Or set the
secondary DNS as a US DNS as well?
