My personal opinion:

If internet is made by the users and people serving data to the net,
i think openness in DNS system and registry databases could be based
on a simple rule:

"If you resolve ALL the namespaces, you can create ONE namespace".

PD: Or in other words more understandable:

"If you resolve ALL TLDs, your TLD will be resolved by the others".

Or better:

"If you supply a public DNS server resolving all tlds to the people,
you can create your own perfectly legal TLD".



In this way, perhaps we could avoid the "full control of internet by
the Money Masters"...
