I know, I was just saying that community tools, like that LDAP storage,
thought
they can be centrallized (say, in just one server) not necesarily means they
are administratively centralized, and doing that kind of common infrastructure
is great for the community as a whole.

I was just trying to say this (with less words!) to those who think that a
community organizing itself is necessarily centralizing itself.

About the prior experience as a T2 operator, I don't think it's necessary,
when
it's clearly more challenging than a T1 which is not facing the open internet.
And as a T1 operator you have a small group of others T1 operators which can
quickly help you do what you need to be functional and stable.
