We have discussed this several times before.

Important questions to look at:

-Under what country do we incorporate? The US? AU? UK? Or others...

-Who will oversee the financial accounts

-Who will manage finances beyond that such as taxes

From my experience, in the US, a fair amount of time has to be dedicated to starting & maintaining a 501c3 non-profit.
