On Oct. 15th 0000 GMT voting will open for the new TLD .chan[0] for 7 
days, closing at 21st Oct. 0000 GMT.

To vote you must be registered on the OpenNIC website[1]. Logged in 
users will see the poll displayed on the front page the date the poll opens.

This is the official voting system for the OpenNIC project, and I 
apologize for the ball getting dropped here.

If you have _any_ dramas at all registering an account please join[2] 
#opennic on freenode[3] and ask for help. We're scattered all over the 
place so please be patient. If you're not an IRC user email me direct, 
and I'll help. What I want to stress though is, if you have problems let 
us know.
