Hello friends,
I has come to my attention that some elements of the .o charter is not inline
with the OpenNIC charter. I think this would be best resolved by voting
through
some amendments that solve my concerns.

--Amendment 1--
To remove the clause "The mTLD administration holds the right to veto any
member
votes, in order to retain control of .o operation." from the .o
Organizational Policies document.

Explanation: This clause is in direct violation of the "Registering a new TLD"
policy, where it is stated that you can only manage a TLD "if you are willing
to
manage a TLD which will always be subject to any **binding** vote of the
entire
OpenNIC membership."

--Amendment 2--
To remove the clause "All registrations will be available for free after
approval, however, the modernTLD administration holds the right to raise
prices
as needed to cover operating costs" from the .o charter, and replace it with
the
clause "All registrations are and will remain available for free"

Explanation: As per the OpenNIC charter, its mission is "to offer **free**/
open
access to DNS services to everyone by establishing new domain hierarchies."
It also "encourages the establishment of non-revenue-generating domain
hierarchies."
