Hi again,

Please state a clear start and end time in UTC for the vote so that be
the community can count the votes held in this timeframe. The voting
duration should be a minimum of seven days beginning from the start time.
Also i would ask you to provide either a plain text or a html
representation of the Charter to be posted in the wiki for further
reference. Having to enable countless javascripts is not my idea of easy
access :)
