A charter gives a description of how the TLD will operate, any rules
or requirements for people to get domains under the TLD, and maybe a
general idea of the philosophy behind the TLD. It should also
provide information on how domains will be registered and how long
before they expire. Another thing to consider... what is your technical experience with DNS servers? Have you ever run one? Do you know how to handle the many DDoS attacks you will receive? Have you run a Tier2 server under opennic that can be shown as an example that you understand how opennic works and how our TLDs co-exist with ICANN? For entries in ORK, how will you handle changes to domains? Do you have a working web interface that you can show us? Do you have an operating DNS server with the ORK zone file available where we could AXFR the zone and see what you are working with? However as mentioned, if you try to get a vote now, you will receive an overwhelming NO as many people have already told you. So far you have avoided answering almost every question asked of you. Instead you tell everybody to read the whitepaper. Do you not know the answers to these questions? If you can't provide answers, why do you think anyone will believe you have the technical knowledge to actually set up ORK? On 10/02/2017 05:50 AM, Brutalent

Hi. If you try to start vote now you will fail 100%. I promise you that it will be so. Write charter and send it to the list. Send it several times with pause between sending. If think one week pause. So everybody who reed ML once a week can see it. Or you will got "no" on voting with "I don`t see charter" comment. Also you need to wait 2-3 weeks and see if anyone send something to the discussion thread. If you not wait you got "no" on voting with "rush" comment. Also read https://wiki.opennic.org/opennic/creating_new_tlds again and see if you done all of that. P.S. Do not repeat my mistakes. With best regards, Dmitry S.
